Dr. Gina Neonakis is a licensed and board certified naturopathic doctor. She is in good standing with the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC). Gina is a member of the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She is certified in acupuncture and has prescriptive authority in British Columbia.
Gina has a clinical focus in fertility and women's health. She has a passion for supporting women of all ages and has experience with conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, hormonal imbalances and menopause.
Gina completed 4 years of education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. During her clinical internship she was selected to be on the fertility and reproductive health focus shift, Here, she supported patients trying to conceive and undergoing assisted reproductive technology such as IUI or IVF. Prior to this, Gina obtained an Advanced Major in Biology at Saint Francis Xavier University in her home province of Nova Scotia.
Gina aims to treat the underlying cause of conditions, rather than suppressing them. She uses evidence-based therapies and stays up to date with the most current research. Her goal is to empower her patients to take control of their health by educating and supporting them along their unique journey.
When Gina is not in the clinic she enjoys hiking, trying new healthy recipes and exploring nature with her Golden Retriever.
